Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:

If a return is approved after delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used consumables (e.g., cables, strings, drumsticks).

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
